4.What if the products I received is damaged or missing items?

You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at milouhautecouture@gmail.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
5. What happens if an item is on backorder?
In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 10 days. Please contact milouhautecouture@gmail.com, and we will deal with it immediately.
